Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 2024
1. Diagnostic Calls and Service Quotes
Before any plumbing work begins, a flat-rate dispatch and diagnostic fee of $49-$79 is charged. This fee covers our licensed plumber's travel, full diagnosis of your plumbing issue, and providing a written flat-rate repair quote. If you approve the quote and proceed with the recommended repair, this diagnostic fee is 100% waived.
2. Payment and Invoicing Terms
All residential repair payments are due immediately upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards, personal checks, and bank electronic transfers. Commercial billing terms are subject to pre-approval and written agreement by our financial administration desk.
3. 1-Year Workmanship Warranty
Plumber in Austin provides a standard 1-year written warranty on all workmanship and labor performed by our technicians. If a repair fails due to installation errors within 12 months, we will return and fix it at zero cost to you. Manufacturer warranties on parts (such as water heaters, PRV valves, or toilets) are governed by their respective manufacturers.
4. Water Main and Utility Access
Homeowners must provide our technicians with unobstructed access to the primary water shutoff valve, double-cleanouts, electrical boxes, and necessary workspace to perform plumbing tasks. We are not liable for delayed services if access to valves is restricted by debris or locked structures.
5. Compliance and Code Requirements
All plumbing modifications, repiping, and gas line runs are completed in strict compliance with the International Plumbing Code (IPC) and municipal amendments of the respective city (Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, etc.). Customers are responsible for the costs of required municipal permits where applicable.
